Real-time OEE, downtime and loss analysis for high-speed bottling lines, without per-seat vendor MES licences.
Most bottling lines produce plenty of machine data, but plants still argue over why the line stopped. Downtime gets logged on paper at the end of the shift, OEE is a spreadsheet exercise, and the vendor analytics packages are expensive and locked to one OEM.
Fusion LMS reads machine states straight from the line PLCs, converts them into standard PackML/Weihenstephan states and calculates availability, performance and quality per machine and per shift. Operators code stops on the floor, supervisors get shift reports, and management sees where the losses really are.
Bottling and packaging plants running Krones, Sidel, KHS or mixed lines: plant managers, production supervisors, maintenance and operators.

Replace obsolete PC-based batching controls with a modern PLC + HMI system you own and we support locally.
Many concrete batching plants still run on Windows XP PCs with ISA cards and USB-dongle software. When that PC or dongle fails, production stops, spare parts are scarce and the original supplier is far away.
We survey the plant, then migrate it in phases to an industry-standard PLC and HMI/SCADA system. The new system is documented and owned by you, with local Fusion Tech support, training and a backup and restore plan for the control PC.
Owners and operators of concrete batching plants (e.g. HZS-series plants with twin-shaft mixers) in construction, rail and infrastructure.

White-label weekly timesheets with technician and customer signatures, branded for your company.
Field-service engineers still fill in paper or Excel timesheets, chase customer signatures and re-type hours for invoicing. Rates, overtime rules and holidays differ for every company.
One web app serves every company you run. Your logo, colours, hour rates, holidays, labels and optional sections are all settings. Engineers fill in the week, both sides sign on screen, and managers approve.
Engineering contractors and field-service companies whose engineers work on customer sites.

Tenders, RFQs, spare parts and plant services in one marketplace, in English and Amharic.
Factory buyers in Ethiopia find suppliers through phone calls, Telegram groups and scattered tender notices. Comparing quotes is manual, and paying an unknown supplier upfront is a risk.
Gulbet puts tenders, requests for quotation, industrial spare parts, wholesale goods and plant services in one place. Buyers compare quotes side by side and pay through an escrow-style checkout. Suppliers get a dashboard and storefront.
Factories and procurement teams, and the suppliers and service providers who sell to them.

Digital job cards for car repair garages, with a live link your customer can follow.
At most garages the job lives on a paper card and in the mechanic’s head. Customers call again and again to ask what was found, what it costs and when the car will be ready.
Mekina gives every car a digital job card. Mechanics add findings, photos and quote items from a phone. The customer gets a link to follow progress and approve the work, and can look up the car’s history by phone number.

E-invoicing compliance, payments and a simple ERP in Amharic, built for Ethiopian SMEs.
Ethiopian SMEs face new e-invoicing requirements from the Ministry of Revenues, while most ERPs are foreign, expensive and not localised for Ethiopian tax, payments or language.
A lightweight product line in three pieces: a Tax-Compliance Hub for MoR e-invoicing, a Payments Hub for local wallets such as telebirr, and a Core ERP in Amharic. Start with the piece you need and add the rest later.
Ethiopian small and medium businesses: traders, distributors and light manufacturers.

Track every truck and load on the Djibouti → Modjo → Addis corridor, even when drivers are offline.
Once a truck leaves Djibouti, shippers are in the dark. Border queues at Galafi and dwell time at Modjo dry port are invisible, drivers are often out of coverage, and trucks return empty.
One operations app for logistics companies: shipments tracked through real corridor milestones, a dispatch board, an offline-first driver app with SMS fallback, and load matching that fills return trips.

Customers book a slot in seconds. Car washes run bays, queue and earnings from one dashboard.
Drivers queue at car washes without knowing the wait, and owners run bookings by phone and notebook, with no view of the day’s load or earnings.
A booking platform with three sides: a customer app to find nearby washes and book a time slot, an owner dashboard for bays, services, prices and the daily queue, and an admin console to verify businesses and handle disputes.
Car-wash businesses (single or multi-branch) and their customers. Also suits any slot-based service business.

Book a barber, or join the walk-in queue remotely, with Telebirr deposits and Telegram reminders.
Most barbershops in Ethiopia run on walk-ins, so customers wait without knowing how long, and shops lose bookings to no-shows. Global booking apps are card-only, English-only and priced for Western markets.
A booking app designed for how Ethiopian barbershops actually work. It supports appointments and a remote walk-in queue, small mobile-money deposits against no-shows, reminders through Telegram and SMS, and a simple day view for the shop.

Memberships, check-in and class booking for gyms, in one simple app.
Many gyms still track memberships on paper or spreadsheets, and members have no easy way to see schedules, book classes or renew.
A gym app concept with two sides: one app for members and one dashboard for the gym. Scope is being defined, and we’re open to shaping it with a launch partner gym.
Gyms and fitness studios and their members.

Two phones, one tap: exchange contact cards with no internet and no account.
Typing phone numbers at events is slow and error-prone, and most digital business cards need an account, an internet connection and a third-party server.
Swap connects two nearby Android phones directly. Each person chooses which details to share, both cards are exchanged at the same time and saved as contacts. Nothing is uploaded unless the user opts in.
Professionals at events, and in a planned edition, sales teams, conferences and networking groups.

A vertical video feed of verified good news, inventions and money education. Every clip is sourced.
Short-video feeds reward outrage. People who want uplifting, trustworthy content have to dig for it, and rarely see stories from Ethiopia and Africa.
Mema shows only positive, sourced clips, each with a visible source link. A content pipeline turns news items into vertical clips, and nothing is published until a person approves it.
Viewers in Ethiopia first, then Africa and worldwide. Possible partners include media and education organisations.

Your own video library on Samsung TVs, with a Netflix-style interface and full remote control.
Organisations with their own videos (training, hospitality, media, churches) usually rely on USB sticks or a browser on the TV, which is clumsy with a remote.
A Samsung TV app that reads a simple library file published on your own website and plays your MP4 or HLS videos, with a featured banner, category rows and continue-watching.
Organisations that publish their own video content: training providers, hotels, media and faith organisations.

Turn spoken Amharic, from voice notes to long recordings, into text using open-source speech models.
Amharic voice notes, interviews and meetings are everywhere, but good Amharic transcription is hard to find, and most tools send your audio to a foreign cloud service.
We built a transcription engine that converts any recording to the right format, splits long audio into chunks and runs it through several open-source speech models, including Meta’s MMS and Whisper-based models. Comparing them on real Ethiopian speech lets us choose the best engine for each use.
Media, NGOs, researchers and businesses that need Amharic transcripts, and developers adding Amharic voice input to their apps.

Practical English practice for learners in Ethiopia, on the phone they already have.
English opens doors to university, jobs and business, but many learners have few chances to practise, especially speaking, outside the classroom.
A mobile app concept for structured, everyday English practice, designed for Ethiopian learners. The scope is being defined, and we welcome schools and training centres as launch partners.
Students, job-seekers and professionals, plus schools and training centres.
